Gbenga Odujinrin, Group Managing Director, TELNET Nigeria Limited. Gbenga has over 15 years working experience, with half of these in executive positions in the company.
Gbenga started out as a design engineer and during an eight year period was responsible for the design of some of the earliest and most advanced network solutions in Nigeria. He became the Executive Director of iTECO(one of TELNET's subsidiaries) in 2001 and later Managing Director in 2002. He was appointed the Group Managing director of TELNET in January 2007. During his 5 year tenure as the CEO of iTECO, Gbenga provided the leadership that transformed iTECO into one of Africa's leading and most successful networking companies, with over 15 Continental and Global Awards.
Currently the Group MD of Telnet and a strong believer in innovation as a business growth driver, Gbenga is committed to transforming the Telnet Group into a Global Technology company within a decade. An Electrical/Electronic Engineering graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University. Gbenga also holds a masters degree in Business Administration from LBS/IESE and has attended various professional certification courses both at home and abroad. He is married with children.
