 JTB unique TIN Project
The National Taxpayer Indentification Number (T.I.N.) Project is an initiative of the Joint Tax Board (JTB) in collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Governments of all 36 States in the Federation including the Federal Capital Territory. 

Objective: Every tax paying entity in the country - Individuals and non-individuals alike - will be able to obtain a once in a life-time harmonised tax number that uniquely identifies them and acceptable in all tax paying, receiving and administration entities in the country. 

Telnet worked with partners South Africa and Canada to deliver a fully integrated taxpayer identification system which supports Online and Offline bio-metrics registration of taxpayers and issuance of Smart Card / Identification Card to taxpayer. 

This now enables taxpayers to register for issuance of T.I.N in any office of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (F.I.R.S) nation-wide or in any office of all 36 State Board of Inland Revenue (S.B.I.R.). Taxpayers are no longer required to have multiple registrations with multiple tax authorities. 

In addition, the systems provides a veritable foundation for the elimination of double taxation, improvement taxpayer experience during assessment, payment and refunds processing. Currently, taxpayers experience and Change Management initiatives are supported by a fully integrated and nation-wide available Contact Management Centre (CMC)
FIRS - ITAS
Telnet in partnership with a Canadian is deploying an Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS) to assist FIRS in enhancing revenue collection by automating the administration, payment and refund processes.
FIRS - Project FACT
Project FACT stands for (Friendly Accurate Complete Timely) and was the Automation of the System for Tax Payer Registration, Tax Collections and Tax Remittances to Federal Government to improve Tax Payer Compliance, Eliminate Errors and Delays in Payment Processing and Information, as well as Increase Revenues.
NIBSS - Cheques Clearing Project
Telnet was a key member of the consortium that developed and implemented the Cheques Clearing Initiative. This improved the speed of cheque clearing and processing nationwide. The initiative resulted in the reduction in the number of clearing days from between T+7 days and T+21 days to T+2 days nationwide.

Telnet through SoftWorks is a SWIFT Ready Service Partner for the region, whose wealth of experience over the last 15 years has proven credible and helpful in rendering SWIFT solutions and services. As SWIFT Service Ready Partners, we deliver all onsite technical services with SWIFT Certified Experts. We provide on-boarding assistance for institutions who would wish to participate on SWIFT, as well as provide technical assistance on implementing both your network and messaging interface solution. Other services includes providing technical support services on SWIFT, migration programmes, integration and consultancy services. We also provide an alternative connection to SWIFT via a Service bureau, should you wish to outsource your services on SWIFT as a primary or secondary connectio
NCS Integration
Integration of FIRS Collection Systems with the Nigerian Customs Services for the automation of VAT on Imports collection, remittance and reporting. 
CAC Integration
Inter-agency Automation of the Company registration system process and issuance of RC Numbers by CAC to include the issuance of Tax Identification Number (T.I.N) issued by F.I.R.S in the CAC registration certificate.
Project EAGLE
Provision of the Security & Network Management Infrastructure for Real Time Gross Settlement System (RTGS) managed by the Central Bank.
