TELNET ANNOUNCES NIS ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
Telnet (Nigeria) Limited, the leading Information and Communication Technology Systems Integration Group in Nigeria today announces her registration as an NIS ISO 9001: 2000 Certified Company in the field of Information and Communication Technology services.
The NIS ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Conformity, No. 0000090 dated 28th October 2003, from the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON), certifies the Quality Management System of the entire Group and assures our customers of our commitment to highest quality service delivery.
We began a Transformation Program in Telnet three years ago in line with our vision of being a world class organization reaching out beyond our space and beyond our time. One of the change initiatives we commenced in 2001 was the establishment of a Quality Management System, and certification to ISO 9001:2000 standards. It seemed to be a long road then particularly as we first had to reengineer the way we worked and then develop, document and implement the processes. Most of the work was done in house and our thanks and appreciation go to our staff who worked assiduously, displaying great team spirit to ensure that we achieved our objective.
